Cookies are small text-only files that are stored on your computer and that can be used to help identify you when you visit our site. A cookie cannot read data on your computer, nor can it read cookie files created by other websites. We may use cookies to make visiting and using our site easier, for instance, so that you do not have to repeatedly enter your information, and so that we can tailor the site to your expressed preferences. If you wish, you can usually set your browser to refuse cookies or to notify you when you receive a new cookie.

The only personal information Elmcrest collects through Elmcrest.org is voluntarily submitted by its users. Personal information may include your name, email address, physical address, phone number, and for donations, credit card information.

Elmcrest is committed to protecting your personal information. We share your personal information only with our financial service providers in order to complete your donation. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving sensitive financial information. All online donations are processed via third parties using secure servers. We do not store your credit card information for future use.

All information concerning donors or prospective donors, including their names, the exact amounts of their gifts, or any other information for which there is a reasonable expectation of privacy and/or confidentiality is kept strictly confidential by Elmcrest, its Board of Directors, volunteers, and staff, unless the donor gives permission to release such information. Elmcrest does not share or sell your personal information, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations.
