…or “Hello” from the staff and families at Elmcrest’s Northside Early Education Center!
On the Northside of Syracuse, you can hear Spanish, Hindi, Arabic, French, Swahili, and other languages, as many diverse populations settle into our community. At Elmcrest’s Northside Early Education Center, 45 percent of our employees have come to the United States from other countries.
Ten percent of these staff persons speak more than one language. Between Northside and our Early Ed Center on campus, we have staff who speak Spanish, Hindi, Arabic, Bosnian, French (African dialect) Swahili, Japanese, Farsi, and Urdu.
Elmcrest works with families to help them overcome obstacles and to access our early learning centers for their children. To learn more about Northside and Elmcrest’s many programs serving children and families, click on: elmcrest.org/our-services.
