A short trip to Rochester was the highlight of a recent weekend for six Elmcrest students. They traveled to the Greater Rochester Teen Book Festival (GRTBF). They met several authors who write for teens and who spoke to them personally about writing and publishing books. The authors encouraged these young writers to pursue their writing skills and shared what inspires them to write. The children enjoyed collecting autographs, but especially learning from published authors.
