Gary Bobbett first brought his golfing friends together to support Elmcrest Children’s Center in 1991. Since then, the tournament he founded has raised more than $1 million, bringing hope to generations of children facing major life challenges. Everyone at Elmcrest is grateful to Gary for his dedication to our cause.
Each year, the tournament committee selects one exceptional person for the Gary Bobbett Award. Winners are chosen based on their dedication to supporting Elmcrest through the tournament. The 2021 award winner is Peter Sarratori, who has played in the tournament since its earliest days. Dennis Cleary, who chairs Elmcrest’s Development Committee, won the award in 2020 but received it at this year’s tournament due to pandemic precautions last year.
